Shipping policy

All products are sold FOB shipping point. Items will be shipped via ground, freight collect or third-party bill unless otherwise requested by purchaser. Please advise method of shipment and preferred carrier when order is placed. We discourage mandatory carrier requirements which have an adverse effect on service and delivery. As a matter of protection, we highly recommend that customers purchase additional shipping insurance on all orders over $100. All international shipments must ship insured at customer's expense. Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. Any claims for damage or loss of items while in transit must be filed by customer with the carrier.
